MPS drills employ a specially designed "wave" type cutting edge for improved penetration and a decrease in tool load, especially for extra deep hole applications. Additionally, a new double margin flute is the latest feature to provide the highest accuracy, smooth chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes.

Due to the unique design and the wave type cutting edge geometry and the all important through coolant holes, MPS is capable of incredible cutting performances even at the highest speeds and feeds.

The use of the highly wear and oxidation resistant Miracle Coating achieves long tool life at extreme feed rates or during high temperature conditions experienced during deep drilling operations.
