  • Programe o torneamento do diâmetro externo prevendo em torno de 0.1mm maior quando utilizar um inserto de perfil completo.
  • Verifique a profundidade de corte e o número de passes quando o raio de ponta de um inserto de perfil parcial ou de um inserto de rosca interna for menor, para evitar danos ao nariz do inserto.
  • Verifique a profundidade de corte numa rosca em aço endurecido ou aço inoxidável austenítico para não usinar somente a camada dura..
