Mitsubishi Materials is proud to present a range of cutting tools for automotive part machining; engines, transmissions, suspension parts and moulds.
Specially featured is a new type of pin milling cutter for crankshafts. This new type boasts a unique cutting edge for reduced cutting resistance of 30% when compared to conventional products. As a result, a higher efficiency of machining and longer tool life has become possible. Additionally, this reduced resistance helps prevent the formation of troublesome burrs normally associated with high cutting loads.
Also on display will be an array the latest advanced level engineering technology in the form of custom tooling for improved precision, functionality and efficiency.
