Launch of the High Feed Corner Radius End Mills from the MIRACLE END MILL SERIES

Mitsubishi Materials Kobe Tools Corporation has recently developed and manufactured a new MIRACLE high feed corner radius end mill series. These new end mills will start to be sold by Mitsubishi Materials Tools Corporation (President: Osamu Takata, Headquarters: 1-6-1 Yokoami, Sumida-ku, Tokyo)
These latest end mills are a corner radius type for high feed, long overhang end milling.
A newly developed cutting edge geometry gives excellent chipping resistance, therefore
allowing ultra high feed milling at over 10,000mm/min.Due to this high feed efficiency, a single end mill is now able to completely machine deep pockets and shapes. This procedure previously needed a combination of a ball nose end mill and a square corner type cutter to mill a flat surface and remove the husps left by the ball nose operation.
A total of 43 sizes are available in long neck, long shank and taper neck types to cover a wide range of machining applications.
