HTi10 tool grade drills added to the ZET1 MZE series for drilling of cast iron and aluminum alloy.

  Mitsubishi Materials Corporation has recently manufactured and added the HTi10 tool grade to the ZET1 MZE drill series for the drilling of cast iron and aluminum alloy. This addition of drills will start to be sold by Mitsubishi Materials Tools Corporation (President: Osamu Tanaka, Headquarters: 1-6-1 Yokoami, Sumida-ku, Tokyo).

ZET1 MZE   The ZET1 drills with features such as high accuracy, superior chip control and easy regrinding have enjoyed popularity amongst the metal cutting industry since their release. The MZE type drills in the HTi10 grade have the same features as the conventional ZET1 drills. The drill substrate with higher hardness offers higher efficiency when drilling cast iron and aluminum alloy.
