Addition of MT5 shank holders to the SPX deep shoulder milling end mill series

Mitsubishi Materials Corporation has recently developed and manufactured new MT5 shank holders for its SPX series. These new holders will start to be sold by Mitsubishi Materials Tools Corporation (President: Osamu Takata, Headquarters: 1-6-1 Yokoami, Sumida-ku, Tokyo).
This new addition makes it possible to use the SPX in combination with MT5 type holder that has long been requested by customers.Key features of the SPX, MT5 holder

- Cutting edge lengths: 105mm~205mm.

- The unique wavy cutting edge geometry helps to dampen the impact when the cutting edge engages the workpiece and prevent vibrations.
