Mitsubishi Materials is proud to announce our MSMHZD line is expanding with inch sizes catering to the North American market.

Technical Information:
  • Ability to plunge and slot in one complete operation.
  • Large gash in face of end mill allows for excellent chip evacuation while plunging.
  • Large core and a wide relief width create high rigidity.
  • Large flutes and chip pockets allow for smooth chip flow.
  • Miracle coating to expel heat in high speed machining.

Applications to Target:
  • The VFMHV with reduced shank is ideal for deep slotting and/or shoulder milling without vibration
  • The C3SAD with reduced shank is ideal for high efficiency deep slotting and/or shoulder milling of aluminum
  • The cBN2XLB expansion is targeted for mold and die work with deep walls and/or cavities
