VFSFPR and VFMFPR solid carbide end mills

Mitsubishi Materials U.S.A. is proud to announce the release of the VFSFPR and VFMFPR solid carbide end mills. These two styles will compliment Mitsubishi Materials roughing type end mills.
Technical Information:
- VFSFPR is a short type cutting length and VFMFPR is a medium type cutting length
- New serrated cutting edge geometry
- Cross sectional flute geometry
- 30 degree helix
- Impact Miracle coating
Applications to Target:
- Die and Mold
- Aerospace
- Roughing applications where cutting forces need to be decreased
- General machining where set up lacks rigidity
Benefits:
- Serrated cutting edge geometry allows for large cutting depths
- Cross sectional flute geometry assists with excellent chip disposal
- 30 degree helix creates less cutting resistance
- Impact Miracle coating will expel heat and allow high efficiency machining in many materials such as hardened steels up to and over 60 HRc, stainless steels and high temperature alloys
