Technical Information:

The new WS cBN wiper provides less cutting pressure than a conventional wiper
Conventional wipers require rigid conditions; the WS cBN wiper can operate in less than perfect cutting conditions
WS wiper, an excellent choice for internal hard turning applications
Improved surface finishes in less than ideal conditions
WS cBN wiper offered in three steel cBN grades: MB8025, MBC010, and MBC020
Offered in single side, multiple tip, positive and negative style inserts. Refer to C004A for complete offerings

Applications to Target:

Steel applications where less than rigid conditions may be present
ID boring applications with extended boring bars lengths that make less than optimal cutting conditions for cBN
In unstable cutting conditions the WS cBN wiper will improve surface finishes
WS cBN wiper for increased performance
In hard turning applications where chatter may occur, the WS wiper will out perform conventional wipers
