A product line of high performance solid carbide end mills for the aerospace, medical, die and mold industries which are available in metric sizes beginning with 0.1 mm to 6 mm and in a wide range of geometries. The exclusive MS coating offers its users faster speed and feed rates by excelling in heat resistance and coating bond strength, therefore making the MS coating harder and tougher. Combined with a special micro grain carbide substrate, M- Star end mills achieve longer tool life at high tool speeds and feeds. This product is targeted for machining materials such as Inconel, Titanium alloys and Stainless steels. An eccentric grind enables end mills to maintain cutting edge integrity with proven reliability.
