Technical Information:

For Inserts with corner radius larger than 0.125", AXD7000 B-bodies are now available in inch & metric sizes!
Customer no longer needs to modify the body and risk balance issues at high spindle speed
AXD offers deep DOC (0.827" max) & 2-screw clamping security
The dual clamping screws prevent insert displacement at high spindle speeds
High metal removal rates possible, due to unique design
Size ranging from 1.25” to 3.00" for inch product & 32mm to 125mm for metric, all manufactured with coolant/air through
