AOX445 for high efficiency machining of cast irons.

Technical Information:
- The AOX445 face milling cutter offers greatly improved productivity and high cost efficiency
- The newly developed coated SOLID cBN grade BC5030 has excellent wear, chipping and thermal crack resistance
- Please note that we have changed our solid cBN grade to BC5030! Sorry for any inconvenience
- Octagonal double-sided solid cBN insert offers 16-useable edges when depth of cut is 3mm or less
- Highly accurate fixed insert pockets reduce the time needed to index inserts
Applications to Target:
- Machining of cast iron ductile iron parts
- Machining of automotive suspension components, diesel engines and machine tools, (columns, beds and various parts)
- Machining of gear housings, transmission cases and even Die & Mold, (press mold base)
- Machining of cast iron milling for prolonged periods is possible due to a newly developed solid cBN insert BC5030
