C3SARB; an expansion of the ALIMASTER line

Mitsubishi Materials U.S.A. Corp. has recently released the C-3SARB, 3 flute ALIMASTER end mill (short cut length) for high efficiency machining of aluminum alloys.
Technical Information:
  • Short cutting edge length, long overall length
  • Flutes have 37.5 degree helix angle
  • The reduced shank end mills have a curved cutting edge on the periphery
  • C3SARB end mills have a relieved neck, except the reduced shank type end mills
  • Not center cutting, ramping is necessary upon entrance
