23 positive rake inserts and 2 SW wiper, negative rake inserts available with 2 in 1 coating technology for finish machining steels.
Technical Information:
- Increased wear resistance, toughness and SFM capability compared to UE6005
- Increased wear resistance and SFM capability over UE6110 and UE5115
- 2 in 1 Nano-texture coating provides high wear resistance
- Black super-smooth coating and newly developed substrate combine to provide chipping resistance
- Substrate resists plastic deformation allowing dry machining at high feeds
Applications to Target:
- All P05 steel machining applications
- Dry machining at high SFM's and IPR's
- Current UE6005 applications
- Current UC5115 applications machining steel
