VFMHVCH, VFMHVRBCH and VFSFPRCH solid carbide end mills.

Mitsubishi Materials U.S.A. is proud to announce the launch of VFMHVCH, VFMHVRBCH and VFSFPRCH solid carbide end mills. These end mills are manufactured with coolant holes in each flute. VFMHVCH is a 4 flute variable helix, VFMHVRBCH is a 4 flute variable helix with a radius at the corner of the cutting edges and VFSFPRCH is a 4 flute roughing end mill with serrated edges.
Technical Information:
- Each flute of these three end mills has two or more coolant holes
- Coolant supplied directly at the cutting edge
- Impact Miracle coating
- VFMHV and VFMHVRB have variable helix technology
- VFSFPRCH has serrated cutting edges
- Diameters are sixteen and twenty millimeter. Dimensions are same as original product without coolant holes
- Single entrance point for the coolant supply
