The 0.094" radius inserts are available now for the AXD7000 endmills and facemills.
Inserts are accurately ground and polished "gems", which can produce exceptional wall accuracy
Inserts feature the GL-breaker and can reduce cutting forces by 20%, versus the competition
The GL-breaker can produce a very manageable chip and ideal chip control
AXD7000 offers 2-screw clamping security and deep depth of cut, DOC (0.827" max)
The dual clamping screws prevent insert displacement at high spindle speeds
