Large sized GY grooving type holders expansion.

Technical Information:

• 1.25 inch and 1.5 inch square holder, right and left handed options
• Metric styles available with right and left hand options
• Metric measurements are a 32 millimeter height with a 25 millimeter or 32 millimeter width option
• Larger sized holder will provide additional rigidity
• OD parting and grooving holders in 0 degree type offering
• Utilizes current product line offerings

Applications to Target:

• Heavy machining applications which demand a larger grooving width
• Machine restrictions
• Set ups which lack rigidity
• Machining with long overhang situations

Benefits:

• Eliminates the need to shim smaller holders for use in machines with larger shank slots
• These larger options provide more rigidity over a shimmed holder and in other demanding situations
• New larger holders use current M25 blades with all available cutting widths
