The high accuracy ball nose inserts have a radius tolerance of plus or minus 6microns (0.000236")

SRF employs the S-shaped end profile on the ball nose inserts and high accuracy, similar to a solid carbide end mill
The corner radius type, (metric), inserts feature high accuracy and a wiper edge that provides excellent surface finishes
MIRACLE coated VP15TF has a good balance of wear and fracture resistance for materials < (50HRC)
“Ultra-fine grain" AlTiSi coated MP8010 demonstrates outstanding cutting performance for materials > (50HRC)

Finish machining of surfaces where solid carbide end mills are currently being used
