Technical Information:

• BM breaker for larger depth of cuts
• Offered in BC8020 coated cBN grade
• Compliments BF breaker
• Excellent chip control to improve surface finish requirements

Applications to Target:

• Hardened steel with a carburized layer
• Hardened steel that may cause chips to wrap around work piece causing surface finish issues.
• When depth of cut exceeds the hardened steel layer
• When material and depth of cut vary between hard and soft material
• Cutting depths of cut exceed what BF breaker allows
